A useful tool that I’ve been using for a few years.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how Bugzilla lays out its advanced search filters. The customization option of changing columns makes it easy for us to export columns in a csv format. It also gives us time to add additional details that can be included while filling bugs so it can easily be customized for every requirement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd love it if Bugzilla gets a major upgrade to turn it into a project management tool. It would be nice if there's a possibility for us to add comments and a simultaneous attachment. It may not be user friendly but we hope that'll change in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tracking bugs before has its ups and downs. But Bugzilla changed that. Now, bug tracking is easy to do as it helps ensure I get a quality product in the end.
