What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how its UI is laid out in a simple manner with very little distractions. Its entry fields are clear enough to see and it integrates wonderfully with Chrome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, I don't like how bugs end up being doubled filed or "error out." This is a hassle since I often have to back track and correct it.
