Bugzilla has a lot of things in store. It has plenty of features capable of tracking issues. What's more it's a tool that's quick to set up and immediately use.

There's nothing much to not like about this tool since its works incredibly well. There are a number of issue that trackers have in terms of the features they bring. In the end, it all boils down to you the workflow of your team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bugzilla is able to put everyone within the same page when it comes to project status issues. There a plethora of tools with different issues. But so far, Bugzilla is one of the fastest tools available in the market.
