Tracking bugs is a lot easier now.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this tool, I'm able to get thet most out of my software development and other projects. With little effort, I gave out roles, create e-mail notifications, and set up workflow for bug reports on my projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI needs to appear more current and innovative. Their online themes aren't that good to look at. But then again, looks isn't what this product is about for such a powerful tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tracking bugs are no longer an issue for us. We started with Redmine but later moved to this tool since it provides a wealth of features that concentrate more on tracking bugs.
