What are the best aspects of this product?

I find Building Engines very convenient. I think it’s great that they have made this robust program available on mobile devices. Thanks to this feature, I can easily send updates to my clients even when I’m out on the field.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that the program would make all client details within reach. I want to always be transparent with my clients (or even other external parties), and it is such a hassle to be directed to another page just to retrieve their phone details. It would be nice to have all the details in just one page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been so much easier to oversee all of our work processes. No orders can fall through the cracks, thanks to the watchful eye of Building Engines.
