I think it’s great just how transparent this program is. All the necessary details are available for everyone involved.

Sometimes I get bombarded with email communications, detailing the progress of the tickets that I file. This has now become a bit cumbersome.

Building Engines eliminates (or at least significantly reduces) the possibilities of human error into work processes. With information readily available for all parties involved, it has helped us become more transparent with transactions too.
