What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps us build better rapport with our clients by helping us cater to their issues promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like how it floods the inboxes of the people I deal with at work (be it partners or clients) with frequent updates. I hope they would give us more freedom to dictate the volume and frequency of email communications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since we implemented Building Engines into our system, we've been able to work more systematically. We can check what we currently have on our to-do lists and stick to deadlines.
