What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool lets me see a bird’s eye view of the whole operation of handling properties—while also allowing me to drill down the details on all facets of it. This has been an irreplaceable tool that allows me to make sure that my business is running smoothly. It lets me track the tasks needed to be done for the day, and communicate them clearly to each worker too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, it doesn’t render well on mobile. The app has a lot of features missing, and the browser view on my phone is not responsive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job requires me to oversee the operations during the construction of some of our properties. Building Engine has been particularly helpful in helping me check in on every task and make sure that workers are making headway.
