First of all, I love the look and feel of the whole program. Second, I think that their team deserves a pat on the back for consistently delivering quality assistance to their users. Good job, guys!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile version of the program does not render well on some devices (like Samsung). I hope the app will be more encompassing to all devices.
