What are the best aspects of this product?

This program makes my work so much easier. It assists me in most of my admin tasks. So far my impression is that it is user-friendly too. In the off-chance that I run into any issues regarding the program, I know that their customer reps are always just a phone call away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For some reason, their mobile app capabilities are limited. If you want the full experience, you would be better off opening the program in your PC.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Building Engines has significantly improved our work processes. It fires off billing reminders to our tenants--a manual task that I used to dread. Tasks no longer fall through the cracks too. With most of our documents available in this platform, we can rest more easily in the knowledge that all of our files can be retrieved at any time.
