What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that we're given freedom to configure it according to our preferences. We've been able to handpick the features with the help of their reps. Even now that everything has been set-up, they continue to deliver quality support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There was a time when two versions had been available in the market. As users, we had to jump between these versions to make sure that we don't miss any requests that may come our way. Needless to say, it was very inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program to receive as well as task out any requests that may come our way. Through it, we've been able to make sure that we respond to all the requests, and check-in for updates until we see each task into completion.
