What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve just recently rolled out a company-wide implementation of Building Engines to oversee all of our operations, and I’m honestly just so thrilled that this is happening. We’ve never been more efficient. We’ve cut down so much manual (and even unnecessary) steps from our workflow. It has facilitated a paperless drive within the company too—a feat that seemed almost impossible with our previous processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I think that we have downgraded instead of upgraded from the previous version. I say this in the context of the look and feel of the new platform. It used to look so professional, simple, and clean. Now, it looks a bit cluttered and I have a hard time understanding what each icon stands for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There have been so many benefits introduced by this program. For one, we’ve managed to convert to a paperless system. This reduces our carbon footprints exponentially, a victory that I’m feeling good of. We’ve also been more productive—cutting off the unnecessary steps in our workflow. Our employees are more efficient and inspired to work than ever!
