What are the best aspects of this product?

This program is well-designed, and it shows. First of all, it's user-friendly. Second, it's very flexible. You can tell that this was designed with the end-goal of supporting its users. Most of its facets are configurable based on our needs. The app is very convenient too. Through it, we can file for cases and work orders on the spot--we don't have to run to our desks to do so. I'm excited to dig deeper and explore this program more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if they were to add a feature that would allow us to track the expiry of our tenants' lease. This way, we don't have to constantly check on whether tenant A, for example, is still in a legally binding contract with us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're fairly new to this program and we're still slowly discovering most of its benefits. However, at the get-go, we've been able to use it as a convenient way to communicate with our tenants as well as other third-party service providers. Tasks can be logged in here so we can be confident that they will be worked on.
