Building Engines helps us respond quickly to requests from tenants and send in the support crew that they need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to track our orders to know if our request is being worked on or not.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has been useful in keeping track of all of our work tasks and consolidating them in one place. We can group similar cases in one folder so we can track them more easily too.
