This has helped us make a positive impression on our tenants. With its help, we're more responsive and organized. Efficiency and open communication are two of its most positive results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app isn't as sophisticated as I had hoped it would be. The design looks very old and the functions are not as complete as the desktop version. I wish that they would develop this aspect a bit more.

This has not only been a great administration aid, but also a platform where we save most of our files. Our tenants love using this to file for requests because it's convenience too.
