What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform has great support staff. Once you need help, an actual person will answer your call. They don’t use bots for user support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s difficult to use at first, but it becomes easy when you already have a good grasp over the app. Our old employees took a week to learn using the platform, whereas new ones only took about a day. This is probably because new employees already have older workers as guides.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps us save a lot of cash. Its developers have made the platform great, and it only requires a good internet connection to work. It’s a cloud-based app, after all.
