What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform has all the needed features to manage and maintain property businesses. These features include payment and leasing processes, bank loan checking, as well as keeping proper insurance details among others. And it’s easy to keep copies of databases from this platform to external hard drives or other cloud storage as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some problems with the interface. For instance, parts of its UI aren’t properly arranged when displayed on the screen. It doesn’t display enough info as well, such as the rental listing where users need to click to see more details. The app needs improvements in presenting the information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides a good communication line between us and our clients, so it greatly helps in automatically updating about owners and non-owners in each unit. This is because the app features an efficient CRM system, and it handles multiple worksheets easily. This is also useful for classifying property units depending on types and prices, as well as for tracking maintenance costs.
