What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform has an automated and logical interface with tons of useful features. For example, the portfolios are properly arranged like how they should be: landlord, portfolio, property, units, contracts or leases, and tenants in proper order. This helps us achieve efficient and quick implementation, convenient improvements as well as full productivity. The platform is backed by a reliable team of support staff too, and it regularly receives improvements depending on user demands. Thus, we can’t find any reason to use other alternatives today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s filled with great features, but it cannot be linked with APIs or SaaS other than their partner platforms. For example, I cannot import contacts, tasks, and other essential data from different platforms, which is quite inconvenient for our workflow. This results in noticeable limitations for users who also use other apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great and functional app with little downtime and errors, which is a big help in managing our properties easily. It features an easy to use UI for property owners, tenants, vendors, and managers among other essential entities. This makes rental application processes quick and easy, as well as processes for collecting rents and owners or vendor draws.
