What are the best aspects of this product?

Buildium is a fantastic property management app with an efficient payment system. It handles different modes of payments, and it verifies credits easily. It’s convenient to compute late payments and budget through Buildium too. Moreover, managing tax and maintenance costs is easier with the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform features a limited mode of communication to clients, which simply circles on traditional emails and phone calls. It’s even difficult to talk with board members because of such a problem. And because it doesn’t integrate with financial apps well, we have some problems in handling financial documents. The rate of $45 each month seems high considering these disadvantages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped our business in many ways. This is especially that it allows classifications of properties according to types and price rates. It also gives us good leverage when negotiating for our units, and it has made our accounting tasks easier.
