Simple, intuitive and easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has simple layout and design, it offers great set of features. It has so many reports so whenever an owner requests something you can always accommodate any request. You can easily understand Ledgers for the employees and tenants. The app process is easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that I want to use but they cost some money. It would be great if the features were included into monthly payment/price. Also, I don’t like that when I open a photo or pdf file it downloads to my Pc, it would be better if it can be open inside the window, or to see all the pictures together instead of downloading them all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What I like most about this software is the ability to track tenant and owner financials along. The tasks portion is important when it comes to maintenance of technicians on the staff and whenever we assign them a task they know what to do and when.
