What are the best aspects of this product?

I have switched from Buildium to Appfolio and then again to Buildium. It is intuitive and easy to use software. The software is constantly updated and it has lot of new features. The feature I like most is the easinessof sending reports to the owners and paying them for the work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be really helpful if there is an option to customize fields in a report instead of using those stock reports. It would be nice if the background checks have rental history.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we started with our business we used spreadsheets in order to track payments and to send Excel reports manually to the owners. It was really difficult to keep track of the activities for more than 50 properties. It was impossible to create a report. Thanks to this software we have managed to make all the work automated. People can send auto debit feature and the owners can view the financials quickly. This program allows you to create vendor accounts for the vendors on the go and to update work orders.
