What are the best aspects of this product?
We purchased it because of the service it provides, namely follow ups from the sales team, trainees and managers all in one, but I think we'd go for it even if it were more modest, we couldn't let such price slip away. Plenty of features, all of them effective, but what I like the most is the helpdesk where all questions and concerns are displayed for me to respond. Using the system is very easy, it's packed with presentations and video tutorials.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've been using the system for three months already, and we're very satisifed. The only thing that bothered me at certain point was an error in the admin status, you have to keep an eye on that. Besides, everything is good.

We realized the following benefits: timely and accurate reporting, projecting accurate sales figures out of selected proposals, effortless access to information, dismissal of tracking spreadsheets.
