PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing I see when I log in are my most recent contacts, and that helps me stay on track with what employees are doing. Being able to follow work in such an ordered way helps me access each candidate accurately, which comes as no surprise-thanks to the amazing integration of Bullhorn with our website, every application is directly transmitted to Bullhorn, and we know who applied for which position and when.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, it would be much better if the system had a hover function, I mean a place that summarizes notes without drilling down or opening each note separately. One would say it's not such a big deal, but while you're doing it the system freezes and it takes more time than you originally planned.
