What are the best aspects of this product?

I didn't come across such an easy and friendly UI, and I think that everybody who struggled at least once with navigation will know how to appreciate this. In Bullhorn CRM, everything happens somehow smooth, and you won't even have to work on your skills to use it. Buy it because it has amazing reporting/analyzing features, and it is a great improvement in terms of management and control.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took me some time to understand the purpose, but I'm lucky I did it. There is really nothing bad to say against the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it as storage for important leads, meaning we can follow each and estimate whether it is a prospective deal or a false opportunity. Now that we know which leads are worthless, we don't let them stay and clutter our database.
