What are the best aspects of this product?

My work is more organized, and I feel more efficient than ever before. Now that I'm doing recruiting so accurately, I can say that the program helps the work, but what it helps the most are the workers. No stress folks, for real!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not going to make a storm in a glass, but I'm not satisfied at all with the search button. It takes too much time to produce results which are not always related to what I want to know.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For me, it was important to balance between clients and candidates, knowing how busy I was trying to manage everything and to stay organized at the same time. Now, I have a clear overview even on my future tasks.
