What are the best aspects of this product?
We tried plenty of CRM software, but none was good enough to come even close to the performance of Bullhorn. Its interface is good-looking, friendly, and functional, and I think this is what every business product should have.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Bullhorn CRM functions as an open platform, meaning there is no restriction to what you could do with your CRM connections. I'm not saying this is bad (if you're a large company it could be the best thing that happened to you), but I'm sure it affects the number of plug-and-play integration capabilities, and that is somehow annoying.

We've organized our sales process and we've familiarized with innovative tools that make our job more effective.
