What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite part about it is the easy creation of tearsheets. It allows me to keep track of the strong candidates. I also love the features such as recruiter report and note-taking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a tendency to slow down and it happens quite often lately. I also wish it could export resumes from LinkedIn. It would also be better if it allows multiple users to post job openings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's user-friendly and it made our recruitment process a lot easier.
