User-friendly and straightforward

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Bullhorn and all its features and capacities. I can be integrated with other third-party software necessary in our job and it's also accessible via mobile phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The main page is not customizable. I don't really like the system updating whenever there is a client request.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now mass send emails. Client management is also easier now with organized information.
