What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how it's able to monitor activities and advocate branding. Its targeting functionality and loyalty card customer are excellent. Marketing via e-mail is needed at the hour and properly addressed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would've been nice to have some kind of segmentation level within the filters. It would've been great if they were able to do this while building on dashboards.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It did plenty of things for our company and brand. It was able to assist us in advocating our brand. At the same time, their sales gamification gave us a tremendous edge in the market.
