What are the best aspects of this product?
I have to say that the storefront is the perfect widget within the Bunchball. We are able to distribute thousands of hundreds of points on a monthly basis and we have found zero percent error rate into transactional components that are associated with crediting, debiting and reporting on the fulfilled items, points spent and on points issued.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Drawing an analogy with its technology is as same as building a house and getting the toolbox with hammer, screwdriver and wrench. It is possible to do that, but one thing you should know about Bunchball is the fact that they offer software and not consultant. So, don’t ask them to provide you with some advice or even expertise. This software offers you great set of tools and building of the whole process is only your vision and not theirs. I have found that some of the capabilities cannot be applicable and the tools they offer are basic and in most cases are not relevant to us. You need to use it for trophies, leaderboards, badges and feeds in order to recognize success. You have to design support and build on your own.

The usage of Bunchball’s gamification tools depends on your vision and creativity. After 9 months we have found a way hot to engage a workforce at all fundamental levels in order to increase sales performance, productivity and to improve the job satisfaction.
