So many tools in one program!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cacoo is a great program because I can perform pretty much anything here. I can tap into it if I need to create diagrams such as mind maps, graphs, organizational maps, etc. It's a very versatile tool with a lot of features under its belt. Another thing that I love about it is that it allows users to do a test run before committing to it. We did the 14-day trial to see if it is the right fit for us, and it was! There is a myriad of templates here that I can just build from.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cacoo is one of the best tools in our toolbox at work. It has everything that I need in a product of its kind. However, I do think that the price can be a little steep. If they were to lower the monthly rate a bit, I could probably wax poetry for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

First of all, the availability of Cacoo templates makes it easy for me to just choose one pre-made diagram and then add my data to it. This lets me produce content in a quick and efficient way. It also keeps a reliable versioning history so I can come back to a previous version if I need to backtrack a bit.
