What are the best aspects of this product?

Cacoo has been a big help in our sales endeavors. How? Because it lets us design diagrams so that we can convince our clients of the merits of our company. It also allows us to save these outputs in a variety of formats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not the most responsive when it comes to keyboard shortcuts. This is a shame because I rely on these shortcuts to save time and be more efficient. Toggling from one task to another is almost as close to impossible too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cacoo has been my go-to tool for creating diagrams ever since I discovered it. It is a great platform for brainstorming and creating graphs for our sales campaigns.
