What are the best aspects of this product?

Cake POS is very easy to use. You can easily create reports and their customer support is very accomodating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If possible, I hope Cake will allow us to offer more than one reward at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This system made tracking reports easier for me. It is very convenient to check old reports whenever I need it.
