PROS: I've tried several POS and this is my absolute favorite. It is very easy to use. I can add and change items easily and reports are easy to read and track. Furthermore, it charges credit card fees for each deposit so I don't have this huge bill at the end of the month.

CONS: I hope the reports can show the tally of my sales, as well as the tax exempt sales. This will be more convenient when it comes to accounting for my expenses and sales.

PROS: I had the greatest experience with Cake. I was able to teach new employees the ins and outs of the system in a single seating. I was also able to track reports and revenue. To make it more amazing, every now and then, Cake adds awesome new features into the system. And I never had to wait a long time for the customer service to address my concern.

CONS: While there are some limitations in the system, in my two years of using Cake, it was able to address these in each of its updates.

PROS: I have taught more than 50 employees how to use Cake and they've learned it without any problems. Also, the customer service is top-notch, always there to help with every need.

CONS: There are times when there are delays in the process but Cake always manages to solve this in an instant with their updates and new features.

PROS: It is super easy to use, completely different from other POS systems. Top it all off with a very friendly support team who immediately fix any issues for us.

CONS: We would love it if we can use a smartphone to set up the system instead of an IPad or tablet as it is a bit bulky.

PROS: We fell in love with this system because of its user-friendly interface. We are new in the restaurant business and Cake made it very easy for us.

CONS: Cake is absolutely lovely but if there is something that they could improve it would be running reports at any given time and having funding for the next day transferred to my bank account during the day.
