What are the best aspects of this product?

It has very useful features that our staff can easily understand and navigate. Furthermore, it can track inventory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system that I need has a very specific need, it must rest every 14 tickets. The good thing is, Cake was able to help me with this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My business was able to improve efficiency by around 400%! Waiting time is reduced, inventory is optimized, variance is minimized, staff attendance is appropriated evenly, etc. No other system could've helped me with this.
