Aside from its affordability, Cake is very user friendly and customizable according to the needs of our business. We have used several platforms and so far, this is the most convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope can improve its inventory system. Having a handheld device while taking inventory will be much more convenient for us.
