Hands up the best POS I’ve used in 25 years

What are the best aspects of this product?

My staff learned all its features without a hitch and the reports are very helpful. Customer service is also very much willing to help us solve any discrepancies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cake will be perfect as long as it continues to develop new features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't need extra terminal add ons anymore. Cake is already the CC processor. It also has gift cards that we can use to further enhance our business.
