What are the best aspects of this product?
For more than 30 years, I've programmed several POS systems. Cake is an absolute delight to work with. It has a very knowledgeable staff, who are willing to help anytime. And it has a very easy system to navigate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Cake.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is time consuming to teach your employees about a new system. With Cake, I was able to teach them without any hassle as it is very easy to use.
