What are the best aspects of this product?
I had the greatest experience with Cake. I was able to teach new employees the ins and outs of the system in a single seating. I was also able to track reports and revenue. To make it more amazing, every now and then, Cake adds awesome new features into the system. And I never had to wait a long time for the customer service to address my concern.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While there are some limitations in the system, in my two years of using Cake, it was able to address these in each of its updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Cake has helped me greatly in three major ways: easier and faster order entries; ease of reports; and convenient online orders. I was able to develop a good relationship with my customers.
