It is super easy to use, completely different from other POS systems. Top it all off with a very friendly support team who immediately fix any issues for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would love it if we can use a smartphone to set up the system instead of an IPad or tablet as it is a bit bulky.

We can accept payments offline and save time. We don't have to type out long notes anymore when there are requests. By simply clicking a button, we're all set.
