What are the best aspects of this product?

Very user-friendly, CakeHR promotes transparency beginning onboarding up to monitoring the leaves each employee is left with or has earned. What's more amazing is it helps us make sense out of these figures in terms of how it affects the company's overall performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a score of features that may not be of use to our company. It would be more beneficial if it integrated with the company's time-in, time out system. We also hope we could personalize it, especially the calendar which begins with Monday while ours is on a Sunday

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CakeHR eradicates the culture of accusing us in the HR division of being inaccurate in keeping track of their leaves and attendance. Beyond this info, we can go so far as inputting their birthdays and work anniversaries
