What are the best aspects of this product?

We were looking for a HR soft that could represent Calendar with all types of leave clearly. Cake turned out to have the best I ever saw. You can see employees calendars by teams, so that you could easily plan vacations schedule and avoid any overlap.
Besides cake gives overall impression of modern, intuitive, user-friendly and pretty product

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

uploading files in "documents" is only possible one by one, would be lovely to be able to upload several documents at once
had kind of confusion in the beginning with vacation allowances which was affected by wrong time-zone settings hopefully was solved by support team

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

e-signature
use of automated templates for hiring module (for example, to send an offer to candidates through the system)
payroll

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

before cake we used a very well known product but had to keep excel spreadsheet for vacation planning, cake allowed is to erase the excel and enjoy the perfect visualisation and planning
