Good approach, user-friendly, partially improvable

What are the best aspects of this product?

Offers a great overview for teams that are not located in one office. Easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Timesheets:
- reminder comes when sheets are not submitted, it would be very helpful if the not submitted ones are somehow highlited
- when working more in a week, overtime is calculated, when working less hours it is not deducted from overtime automatically and overtime needs to be requested, this should be simplified

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Different kind of overtime factors that could be defined.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vacation scheduling issues.
