What are the best aspects of this product?
Before learning about HR, I used to depend on different tools to deliver different tasks. Now, my company's HR division can now work on one platform—from attendance tracking to sending out performance feedback, which makes everything efficient. We also deeply appreciate the client-centric support CakeHR gives. Even as it is a minor issue, they take our problems seriously.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope it could give more room for personalization. I would like to configure the system design to make it more in sync with the company's brand colors. I also wish it could allow a group-by-group inputting of employee information or feedback, something like allowing the pooling of a group and adding comments in one, instead of the current system where we have to add comments one by one which is quite tedious.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CakeHR eliminated several red tapes and saved us time while even allowing personalization of reports.
