What are the best aspects of this product?

Before, we handled service requests with resources that were not explicitly designed for this function, so considerable manual efforts were needed. Just then, we moved to Calamari and this has kept the process a lot easier in both team leaders and staff. No one in the business organization has that much complaint. Calamari's service offers timely, supportive, and personalized aid for any software queries and concerns. In short, we 're pleased with Calamari and will keep using it.
