What are the best aspects of this product?
The customer support agent is always there to help me when I tried to customize specific rules. Great customer support and gives feedback and solution instantly. The integration with Slack is really beneficial so supervisors can also validate/ignore requests directly on Slack. Perhaps the great feature of Calamari is its simple and smooth UI / UX.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There 's absolutely really nothing. Their customer support team makes an extra effort to give great assistance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having worked in an organization with a large number of remote employees, being able to make different guidelines on leave for individual employees really allows us to better monitor their time off from work and vacations.
