PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Calendly has been my go-to scheduling solution for over two years now. Lately, the app has undergone revolutionary changes that elevated the user experience. With its latest updates, I can now add multiple names to an appointment slot. What's more Calendly has allowed the sharing of time slots to people, which is better than sharing a link.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the capability to share time slots is awesome, it only works well when the customer or prospect is in an advanced time zone. If the potential client is in a later time zone, they end up seeing only the options that might be early morning for them. This is something that Calendly should work on--they have to give users the chance to select a time zone for better scheduling.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meeting scheduling is seamless with Calendly, as I only need to send links to leads and sales prospects for them to set an appointment.
