What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a simple tool with fantastic user interface that's pretty much straightforward. I used to deal with TimeTrade back in the day. I found out that it was a really expensive approach (costing me thousands of dollars) compared to Calendly (where I only have to pay a few hundred dollars yearly). Looking back, TimeTrade had a terrible UI. Calendly is the complete opposite of all that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I thought this tool was a powerhouse with additional integration for Marketo. Since I've yet to make use of it for a 1-on-1 interaction with another person's calendar, I wish I had the ability to set up different event types simulateneously. We were able to get around the issue by means of accounts made separately (which we found extremely annoying).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back in my old company, we shifted from TT to Calendly to set up schedules for our demo sessions. For my new company, we're able to successfully schedule demos for Trade Shows prospects.
