What are the best aspects of this product?
I found Calendly by accident after seeing it in someone's e-mail signature. What I love about this tool is how simple it is to access and its seamless integration with Google calendar. This makes client scheduling really easy to do without dealing with any fuss.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find it a downer to see the free version with severely limited features. I perfectly understand the company needs to generate income but I now see myself using less of it now that I went from paid to free version. Calendly will attract morepotential users if they extend their free trial for a longer time period.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest issue that I was able to finally resolve is no longer seeing myself dealing with back-and-forth e-mails in terms of appointment scheduling with clients. Calendly saved me lots of hours in the end.
