What are the best aspects of this product?

The costless version of Calendly is the best thing about the platform because I can access its important features without shelling out money. I also like that it can integrate with my personal calendar so I can keep track of my business and personal appointments and avoid conflicts. Furthermore, Calendly is wonderful in that it is customizable. It lets me add custom fields so that I can ask customers to leave me their mobile numbers when booking appointments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about Calendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being a sales agent, I can speak with our most important clients over the phone without a hitch since they can choose their availability on my calendar. This lets me address any issues they may have with our products or services to keep them loyal to our brand.
